The trick of breast reductions is to remove enough breast tissue to relieve the patients symptoms of neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, grooving and marked limitation in activity.  It remains one of the few procedures partially covered by insurance if enough tissue is removed.  This patient is 2 years out and like most reduction patients has a very high satisfaction rate: her symptoms are gone and breast have a better appearance.
