This patient is 1 year following laser liposuction with the SLIM laser system followed by suctioning of 600 cc of fat per breast.  The laser helps disrupt the fat cells and fibrous tissue and provide for a smooth contour.  We then removed a small amount of breast tissue directly beneath the areola through periareolar incision.
