This 35-year-old male patient accomplished a significant weight loss of over 150 pounds and was seeking a solution to the loose skin that was left behind. Dr. David Alfonso customized a procedure that included a Gynecomastia (or “Male Breast Reduction”), an Abdominoplasty (or “Tummy Tuck”), and a Buttocks Lift to provide this patient with a masculine contour. His photos were taken 10 months post-surgery.
